Some features you just have to have them no matter what.  Sometimes you can prioritize your needs and get the ones you want and grow into the others as your needs grow.  Those statements are true if you are buying a car, a TV or a new CRM system.  In a previous article – Know your customer – basic CRM – I said that no matter your business, you should have some type of a CRM system.  Hopefully it’s the electronic version and not a notepad on a desk.

These days there are a lot of sites out there reviewing products.  These sites are designed to give a potential customer another customer’s opinion about the product or service.  On some product sites or service provider sites you will also see some testimonials as well.  By using social media how could you increase your positive reviews on these sites and on the web? You could have a contest, just ask your fans or offer some reward.  Ask them to post their best experience with your service for a chance to win a free X.  Ask them to post a picture to your flikr site of them enjoying your X.  Give a way a free x for the best tweet about your product or service.
